All House of SheldonHall products are hand made exclusively in house and are individually quality checked to the highest standard before dispatch.

Shipping:
As House of SheldonHall products are made to order, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery.
Please note, prices for shipping concern domestic UK shipping only.

Returns:
As all items are made to order, we offer no exchange or refunds on House of SheldonHall RTW.

Faulty Goods:
​
You may return Faulty Goods only. Customers should inform House of SheldonHall of faults immediately and return the faulty item within 7 days. Returns will not be accepted after this period has elapsed.

As all House of SheldonHall products are handmade. A refund will be issued only after the garment has been carefully inspected, where faults are clearly visible and returned in the condition it was received.

All House of SheldonHall products are individually quality controlled before dispatch. Refunds will be issued for GENUINE faults only. We do not consider accidental damage or evidence of wear and tear to be faults.
​
A refund will be issued upon receipt of satisfactory faulty goods. Please allow 7 working days for refunds to appear on your statement.
House of SheldonHall will not absorb shipping costs of retuned items. We suggest you use a recorded or signed for service, as House of SheldonHall cannot be held responsible for the loss of returned items.

WAIST= 65cm BUST= 81cm HIPS= 87cm
M= UK 10- 12
WAIST= 67cm BUST= 88cm HIPS= 91cm
L= UK 12- 14
WAIST= 74cm BUST= 92cm HIPS= 95cm
*Styles with the ‘Tie Waist’ feature, are designed to allow you to create your own waist line, be it subtle or dramatic.
